Well, usually I'm pretty lenient if it's the first "warning", but I usually really hate it when people ignore friendly reminders (esp when it was more than one @_@) It's for their own good, and we spend time doing it... that's just my way of doing things though. I would unmute him if he proved that he had exquisite revision of the policy, o.o
